For generations, rural communities of color in South Carolina have been overlooked, underserved, and under-resourced. OURS exists to change that — one family, one acre, one policy at a time. We organize, we educate, we advocate, and we grow — because justice must be both spoken and planted.

Reclaiming our land through sustainable farming, food justice, and education that reconnects communities to the soil and to each other.

Awareness

Shining a light on environmental inequities, public health gaps, and the systemic barriers facing Black and Brown communities.

Mobilizing coalitions, shaping policy, and amplifying marginalized voices at the local, state, national, and international levels.

Connecting families to healthcare, clean air and water, affordable housing, and the resources they deserve but have long been denied.
